At Force Powder Coating, we operate a well-organized 15,000 sq ft facility designed for efficiency and quality. Our capabilities include:

Curing Ovens: We have two curing ovens—one measuring 12'x12'x40' and another at 10'x10'x30'—allowing us to accommodate a wide range of large products.

Paint Booths: Our facility features a spacious 12'x12'x25' paint booth and a 10'x10'x20' paint booth, providing optimal conditions for applying high-quality finishes.

Wash/Prep Bays: With two dedicated wash and prep bays, we ensure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and prepped for superior adhesion and finish.

Sandblasting Bay: We also offer a 10'x10'x30' sandblasting bay for effective paint and heavy rust removal.

We specialize in painting and curing products weighing up to 10,000 lbs and fitting within our 12'x12'x40' oven dimensions, enabling us to handle both large and heavy projects with precision and care.
