Wash + Prep
Each project begins with disassembly (when required) and a thorough wash to remove dirt, grease, and contaminants, followed by light sanding to smooth surfaces and improve adhesion. Critical areas are carefully masked to protect threads, holes, or surfaces that shouldn’t be coated. A specialized pre-treatment is then applied to boost corrosion resistance and ensure the powder coating bonds flawlessly. The result is a clean, prepared surface that’s ready for a durable, long-lasting finish.
Wash + Prep Bays
With two dedicated wash and prep bays, we ensure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and prepped for superior adhesion and finish.
Sand Blasting Bay
Our sandblasting bay handles metal products of all sizes, from small parts to large industrial components. With high-pressure blasting systems and quality abrasives, it ensures a consistent, even profile on any metal surface.

Powder Coating
After being cleaned and prepped, items are coated with dry powder using an electrostatic spray gun. Rather than being sprayed continuously on a line, batch processing ensures every item receives an even finish on all sides. After coating, the items are cured in an oven, melting the sprayed powder into a durable, even finish. Batch powder coating is the ideal method for coating items of various sizes and quantities due to its flexibility and efficiency. Powder coating in batches is common for metal fabricators, industrial automation, furniture, and manufacturing industries.
Paint Booths
Our facility is equipped with multiple paint booths, designed to handle projects of all sizes while providing the ideal environment for applying high-quality finishes.
Curing Ovens
Curing is the final powder coating step. Outfitted with two large curing ovens, one measuring 12’x12’x’40’, and another at 10’x10’x30’, we are equipped to finish a wide range of large projects.
